Julia Bloom-Weltman is currently a Senior Program Officer focused on state education data systems at the Gates Foundation. She brings experience from previous roles at AEM Corporation, Regents Research Fund at New York State Education Department, Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University, The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation, and U.S. Department of Education. In addition to her B.A. from Duke University, Julia earned a masters and a doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
