I am also the Coordinator of the Introduction to Humanities & Social Sciences program at NC State University. Prior to NC State, I was Assistant Professor of English at Duquesne University (2014-18); I left to return to the Triangle.
I enjoyed being part of a cohort who encouraged me to push my intellectual boundaries. While at Duke, I pursued the Certificate in College Teaching and took part in the Preparing Future Faculty program, both of which helped me foster my love of teaching. In my current role, I am an administrator, a researcher, and a teacher.
