I am a third-year Ph.D. student in English at the University of Iowa, specializing in 20th-21st c. American literature. I am also an Editorial Assistant at University of Iowa Press.
Duke's English department gave me the strong training in academic writing that I needed to succeed in graduate school. In addition, my internship at Duke University Press paved the way for my graduate assistantship at University of Iowa Press.
