How has being an English graduate from Duke University helped shape your professional success?
It introduced me to the importance of creative-critical thinking and writing. It also equipped me with the tools needed for a thoughtful understanding of the world, though I might not have been completely aware of this at the time. The rigor of the department also helped prepare me for graduate school and life after it.
