After 20 years in international marketing, trade and fund raising I returned to divinity school at Wake Forest, receiving my M. Div. in 2010. In 2014, when I was ordained an Episcopal priest, I became the first graduation of Wake's Divinity School to be ordained in The Episcopal Church.
Good writing skills have been critical to my success in both of my careers. An awareness of the mechanics of language assisted me as my career and life required the acquisition of foreign languages and now biblical languages. I cannot over-value how good writing skills have assisted me throughout my career to be persuasive and present as competent.
