I teach English and Gender Studies at a small liberal arts (formerly all-women's) college in Virginia. I obtained my MA at University of Virginia and my PhD at University of Rochester.
I don't actually know. It's hard to say how much my professional success owes to Duke and how much it owes to the education that came after Duke.
