Radio DJ/program director/music director/VP&GM in Miami, Honolulu, Boston & San Francisco. Advertising/PR agency owner 16 years in San Francisco. Mostly retired now but I still do voice work (voice mail & ads) nd proofreading.

How has being an English graduate from Duke University helped shape your professional success?

There was no broadcasting major at Duke when I went so I worked at the old WDBS-560 (Duke) and at the Chronicle and majored in English. I can't say it contributed much to my livelihood but thanks to some excellent professors, it gave me an appreciation of the language which has helped me enormously.
